The cool thing about Bruce (Bruce as in Bruce Wayne), he chills alone. He's a rogue bat. The black sheep of his bat family. This is the fourth summer he has returned. He'll be hanging out until at least October. I always have to check myself so that I don't reach up and pat his little head.

I thought if you saw a robin(bird) that was a sign that good weather was on its way; bats? hmmmm, I'm not so sure!!! YIKES!!!
That is so cool! Is this the 3rd summer? I wonder how long they live.
I have no idea how long they live and I'm pretty sure it's the same guy every year. A few times I've pulled dead bats out of the pool and just pray that it isn't Bruce. So far, he's one smart boy. Maybe I should get some nail polish and mark his back so I know it's him :)
He's very cute. Looks fuzzy. Is that his winter coat?
How cool is that! Your own bat. He must like it there to keep returning.
I'd have a really hard time resisting a pat! That is really cool that he's come four years.
